Round, with a hint of oak complementing melon, apple and lemon flavors. There’s
a latent mineral component that should emerge as the wood tones recede. Shows
fine balance and length. Drink now through 2018. 400 cases made.

Though round, this white has a deep vein of mineral at its center, joined by
apple, lemon, floral and oyster shell notes to add layers and complexity.
Beautifully balanced and refreshing. Drink now through 2015. 1,200 cases
made.
