NOS VINS DANS WINE SPECTATOR

Bruce Sanderson a dégusté et noté 5 de nos cuvées 2008 dans Wine Spectator à lire ci-dessous :

Chablis Premier Cru Vaugirault 2008 :

This is aromatic, with floral, pine and juniper aromas followed by lemon and chalk notes on a firm, dry profile. A nice balance between flesh and acidity make this harmonious and appealing.

Best from 2012 though 2022.

Mark : 91

Chablis Terroirs de Chablis 2008 :

A vibran, mineral-driven white, with ample flesh covering the firm structure. Lemon custard, apple, floral and stone notes linger through the long finish.

Drink now through 2016.

Mark : 90

Chablis Premier Cru Montmains 2008 :

There’s power here, and bright acidity showcases vanilla-tinged melon, apple and lemon flavors. Still needs a year or so to come together. Fine lenght.

Best from 2011 through 2018.

Mark : 90

Chablis Premier Cru Vaucopins :

On the austere side and balanced toward the acidity, this displays some wood tones, along with apple and pear flavors. A little awkward now, so give it time.

Best from 2012 through 2019.

Mark : 89

Chablis Terroirs de Courgis 2008 :

Lean and chalky, with intensity to its pure lemon, grapefruit and green apple flavors. Shows more bones on the finish, yet stays long and mouthwatering.

Best from 2011 through 2017.
